Sue Gallion

Parents, teachers, and librarians, here are resources just for you to share with kids!

Our World

Here are two different activity guides. The first is divided into age groups: infant, toddler, and preschool-kindergarteners.

The second guide has more activities for kids of all ages to get to know our world better. All you need is a globe beach ball or inflatable globe. These are available online from many retailers. Some of the activities work great with an actual globe, too. I’d love to hear what activities you’ve created to play geography games as well. Send me an email through the Contact tab, and I’ll add your ideas to the site.

All Except Axle

Here’s a storytime kit designed especially for this pandemic time for use for parents, teachers, and caregivers:

The Story Behind the Story:
Here’s a double Q&A — Jill Esbaum, picture book author,  interviewed me about the backstory of PUG MEETS PIG, and I interviewed Joyce Wan to hear about her illustration process for the book.

Parents, grandparents, teachers: Here are some of my favorite read aloud picture books published in the last several years.
